Japanese music project MAISONdes has dropped the official music video for Bake no Kawa (Disguise), the opening theme for the new sci-fi anime GNOSIA. The single, released digitally on October 12, features Hololive’s Kobo Kanaeru and virtual singer Kasene Teto, with music by Giga and TeddyLoid.
The video, directed by illustrator NAKAKI PANTZ, merges glitch art and surreal visuals, perfectly matching GNOSIA’s psychological tone.
The anime, based on Petit Depotto’s hit visual novel, premiered on October 11, 2025, and is directed by Kazuya Ichikawa (The World Ends with You The Animation) at domerica. With writing by Jukki Hanada (Girls Band Cry), it brings the tense paranoia of a time-loop space mystery to life.
Crunchyroll streams the series globally, describing it as a looping battle of wits between human and alien imposters aboard a stranded spaceship.
