Rising anisong star Yuki Tanaka will release her second solo single, I Need, on February 25, 2026, marking her return to the spotlight with a deeply emotional track penned by Masami Okui of JAM Project.

The song will serve as the ending theme for the upcoming winter anime ROLL OVER AND DIE, which will stream on Crunchyroll worldwide. I Need showcases Tanaka’s distinct voice and lyrical vulnerability, reflecting the anime’s themes of resilience and self-discovery.

The CD’s limited edition includes a Blu-ray of Tanaka’s 1st Live: Crier concert from 2025, while the coupling track Jumpin’ Party will serve as the theme for her second live show on January 12, 2026.

Tanaka, known for her roles as Rinrin in Trillion Game and Asahi Serizawa in The iDOLM@STER Shiny Colors, began her career in 2016 as part of NOW ON AIR before debuting solo under Lantis in 2024. Her previous single Treasure Chest gained attention as the ending for I Left My A-Rank Party to Help My Former Students.

With I Need, Yuki Tanaka cements her reputation as one of anime’s most promising musical voices, bridging heartfelt lyrics with powerful performances.
