After an agonizing wait, Jujutsu Kaisen is officially back. Season 3 premieres in Japan on January 8, 2026, with weekly Thursday broadcasts at 12:26 AM JST. The global simulcast on Crunchyroll will follow shortly after, bringing fans back into the cursed world of sorcery, bloodshed, and destiny.

The announcement came with a powerful new trailer showcasing the upcoming Culling Game Arc, teasing massive battles and emotional reunions. The PV features Yuji Itadori and Yuta Okkotsu, two of the franchise’s most beloved characters, preparing for an inevitable clash as chaos erupts.

Adding to the hype, the teaser confirms Naoya Zenin as a key antagonist. His sinister presence has been amplified in a new character trailer featuring voice actor Koji Yusa, known for roles in Bleach and Dr. Stone. With his debut, Jujutsu Kaisen’s third season promises to bring some of the most intense battles in the series to date.

Fans won’t have to wait long for action, as Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution – Shibuya Incident x The Culling Game Begins hits Japanese theaters on November 7, 2025. The film will recap the Shibuya arc while previewing the first two episodes of Season 3.

With MAPPA once again handling production, expectations are sky-high for the visuals, pacing, and emotional storytelling that made Jujutsu Kaisen one of the biggest anime of the decade.
